The production time for custom dolls typically takes 3-5 weeks, depending on the selected brand, materials, and the complexity of the design. Please note that during holiday periods (such as New Year, Christmas, National Day, Chinese New Year, etc.), production times may be delayed.

If you choose a ready-to-ship doll, the product is already stored in our warehouse and will usually be shipped within 2-5 business days.

Shipping

We primarily use FedEx or UPS for shipping, and you will receive a tracking number within 2-4 days. If you have specific delivery timing requirements or wish to pick up your package at a FedEx/UPS location, please notify us before shipping, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
