    Return and Return Policy

    We are committed to maintaining high product quality, and each doll undergoes thorough inspection before leaving the factory. If your doll arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. Provide your order ID, along with photos or videos of the issue, to our customer service team, and we will work quickly to provide the best solution.

    Customer Service Availability:

    Weekdays: 24 hours

    Weekends and holidays: 48 hours

    Order Cancellation

    You may cancel your order before it has been shipped without providing a reason.

    To cancel your order, notify our customer service team with a clear statement of your decision. Please note that once your package has been shipped (tracking number provided), cancellation is no longer possible.

    Product Returns

    You can return your Evolova product within 14 days, provided it is unopened and unused.

    The return window closes 14 days from the date the product is delivered or received by a third party designated by you.

    Returned items must be in their original, unopened, undamaged, and unused packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the packaging has been opened unless the product is defective or damaged upon opening.

    If you decide to return a product:

    The product must be shipped back in the same condition as received.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds may be withheld until we receive and inspect the returned item.

    Returns must be confirmed with our customer service team before shipping back the item. Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for a refund.

    Processing time for returns: 3-5 business days.

    Please note: If you contact us within 90 days of delivery regarding defective or incorrect items, we will replace them. After 90 days, we will not process replacements or refunds for defective/wrong items.

    Order/product refund

    1.If the customer cancels the order before shipment, we will make a full refund for all payments received from customers, without undue delay.

    2.We will arrange a refund for the customer after receiving the returned products and completing the product inspection.(Please note that we will deduct 15% of the order amount as the product replenishment fee)

    3.If there appears to be a defect or damage of the product after receiving the product, please contact us immediately by sending pictures or video to our customer service representative Sophia([email protected]) and we will arrange the re-shipment or a full refund of the product for you.

    Refund Policy

    Order Cancellation Before Shipment:

    If your order is canceled before shipping, we will issue a full refund without delay.

    Returns:

    Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned product and complete an inspection. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

    Defective/Damaged Products:

    If your product is defective or damaged upon receipt, contact us immediately with photos or videos. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
