Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to maintaining high product quality. Each product is carefully inspected before leaving the factory.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@evolova.com with your order ID and clear photos or videos. We will provide a prompt and appropriate solution.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment without any reason.
Once the order has been shipped and a tracking number is issued, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used items are not eligible for return unless they are defective upon arrival.

Return conditions:
* Item must remain in original, unopened, undamaged condition
* Return must be confirmed by customer service before shipping
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
* Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item
* Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Processing time for returns: 3–5 business days.

Refunds & Warranty
* Cancellation before shipment: full refund
* Approved returns: refund after inspection, with a 15% restocking fee deducted
* Defective or damaged items: replacement or full refund upon verification
* Refund processing time: 1–3 business days
* Warranty period: 90 days from delivery for defects or wrong items
