    We aim to offer you the best transportation options.

    Order Processing Time: All orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours and delivered within 48 to 72 hours (except for weekends and holidays).

    Shipping Details for the United States:

    Shipping Time: 3-5 working days.  If the product you choose is out of stock in our US warehouse, we will immediately arrange direct shipment from the factory to ensure you receive your item in a timely manner. It usually takes about 2 weeks for the package to reach you.

    Shipping Cost: The standard delivery is free of charge.

    * Note:

    Because of the distance, there will be a $200 fee for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.

    A further delay of up to two working days beyond the normal time limit of 3-5 working days may occur, depending on how long it will take for your order to be processed and approved.

    Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx.

    * Important Notes:

    The Love Doll Torsos with a gross weight of more than 15kg will be sent through Fedex, while those under 15kg will be sent by UPS.

    Only USPS will be able to deliver to the PO Box. The Love Doll Torsos are not shipped to PO Box addresses. If you want it to be delivered to the nearest pick-up point, please make a special order.

    Other Regions Shipping Details:

    Japan, Singapore, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, Monegasque, South Africa, Georgia, Kenya, Lesotho, Mauritania, Rwanda, Tanzania, Cape Verde, Montenegro, Hong Kong, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau and Mexico, and the United States and United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

    Shipping Time: 10-12 working days (if there is a Customs inspection, it can be extended).

    Shipping Cost: The fees differ according to the country of destination.

    Carriers: Federal Express, UPS, and USPS.

    Due to shipping restrictions, it is not possible to buy accessories.

    You may not have an address in the United States, and local authorities may impose additional duties, charges, or taxes beyond our control. You’ll be liable for the charges.

    * Note: Delivery is not allowed in PO Boxes. In order to ensure the smooth delivery of your parcel, please provide a valid street address.

    We understand the importance of protecting customer privacy, so we take high confidentiality measures for the transportation of each sex doll.

    Your order will be shipped in a simple, unmarked plain brown box to ensure that the appearance does not reveal any information about the product. During the entire transportation process, neither the handler nor the courier can know the contents of the package, so as to fully protect your privacy. You can rest assured that we are committed to providing you with a worry-free shopping experience.

    If the delivery status on the courier’s official website shows that the package has been delivered, but you still haven’t received the package, please contact the courier immediately and notify us.

    After receiving the package, please carefully check whether the package is damaged. If you find that the outer box is opened or the product packaging is damaged, please take photos or videos immediately and claim it to the courier. If necessary, we will assist you in claiming.

    If you received the wrong product, please provide photo evidence to the courier to claim. We will arrange for you to resend it after confirming the error.

    If you need to return the product, please contact us by email: support@evolova.com.

    Please do not refuse or return the product directly. Also, please note that the shipping address on the box cannot be used directly for returns and exchanges. After verifying the situation, we will arrange a return or exchange for you. Please make sure that the plastic packaging inside the doll is unopened.

    Finally, we do not deliver to PO boxes. To ensure that your package is delivered smoothly, please provide an actual street address as your shipping address.
