Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Defective or damaged-on-arrival items are handled under our 90-day quality guarantee. Always contact support@evolova.com for return authorization before shipping any item back.

14-Day Return Window

Unused, unopened items in original condition.

You may return your Evolova product within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unopened and unused in its original, complete packaging.

The return window closes 14 days from the date the product is delivered or received by a third party you designate.

Hygiene note: Due to health regulations, opened intimate products may not be eligible for return. Contact support@evolova.com before returning any opened item.

Return shipping: The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Defects & Quality Guarantee

90-day coverage for manufacturing defects.

If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 90 days with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Defective or damaged-on-arrival items are covered under our quality guarantee — not subject to the standard return restocking fee.

How to Start a Return

Contact support first — we'll guide you through each step.

  1. Email support@evolova.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return authorization and the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original, unopened packaging.
  4. Ship to the address we provide at your own expense and share tracking.

Return shipping cost is borne by the customer. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. A 15% restocking fee applies to approved standard returns. Do not return any package without prior authorization from our support team.
