Exterior boxes carry no product branding, explicit labels, or Evolova logos. The sender name on shipping labels is neutral. Inside, products are packed securely with protective materials.
On arrival, inspect your package promptly. Report any shipping damage to support@evolova.com within 48 hours with photos.
From factory QC to overseas stock — how your order is prepared.
Every Evolova torso is inspected at our factory before dispatch. In-stock inventory is held at our US and EU warehouses for fast regional delivery. Out-of-stock models are built fresh and shipped directly.
Customs & Duties Notice
If your address is outside the US or EU, local authorities may impose import duties, VAT, clearance fees, or taxes beyond our control — these are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Packages may be randomly inspected by customs in transit. If documentation is requested, upload clearance documents within one week of notification to avoid return of the parcel. Monitor your email after placing your order.
