Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipment free of charge.
If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact our support team as soon as possible and we will process the cancellation and full refund for you.
Once the order has been shipped, the return policy below will apply.
14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy on eligible products.
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your package if:

· The packaging remains unopened and sealed
· The item is in original condition
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within several business days depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Return shipping costs will only be covered by Evolova if:
· The wrong item was sent

Warranty Policy
Evolova products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
· Normal wear and tear
· Damage caused by improper use or storage
· Damage caused by water intrusion, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
· Cosmetic damage after use
