At Evolova, we offer you two ways to own a fully customized love doll that meets your exact needs. You can choose from our carefully designed standard models, each with its own unique charm, or, if you prefer, you can create a doll tailored to your personal preferences.
Whether you choose a pre-designed model or collaborate with us to create a fully personalized doll that fits all your desires, we guarantee that every product will be crafted with high quality and exquisite craftsmanship, ensuring an unparalleled experience. With customization, you can select different materials, skin tones, body types, and features to make your doll truly become your ideal companion.
At Evolova, each doll is not only a pursuit of aesthetics and craftsmanship but also a respect for individual needs and personalized expression.   • Checkout and Payment

Once you’ve confirmed your items, go to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Make sure to provide the correct shipping address and contact details. It’s essential to enter your real name and phone number so the delivery person can reach you during the delivery process. You can select the payment method that suits you best to complete your purchase easily.

  • Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the details of your order. Please carefully check the order content, shipping address, and contact information. If you need to make any changes to your order (custom orders only), please contact us within 12 hours so we can assist you with the adjustments.If you don’t receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder, or ensure that your email account is not blocking emails from support@evolova.com.

  • Production Starts

The production time for custom dolls typically takes 3-5 weeks, depending on the selected brand, materials, and the complexity of the design. Please note that during holiday periods (such as New Year, Christmas, National Day, Chinese New Year, etc.), production times may be delayed.
If you choose a ready-to-ship doll, the product is already stored in our warehouse and will usually be shipped within 2-5 business days.

  • Shipping

We primarily use FedEx or UPS for shipping, and you will receive a tracking number within 2-4 days. If you have specific delivery timing requirements or wish to pick up your package at a FedEx/UPS location, please notify us before shipping, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. For example, shipments to Canada, Australia, and the EU may take longer. We will stay in touch with you throughout the shipping process to ensure your package arrives smoothly

  • Receipt and Inspection

Please keep track of your package’s shipping information to ensure it arrives within the expected timeframe. When receiving your package, if the outer box is damaged, be sure to take photos or videos of the shipping label and the outer box before opening it. Also, record a video while unpacking to verify whether the doll has been damaged during shipping (such cases are rare).
Based on the extent of the damage, we will offer different solutions, such as repair guidance, sending a replacement part, or providing a refund.
